Congratulations! You just won your vehicle at auction, and now you’re eager to get it home. You did everything right: you paid your auction, you booked shipping right away, and you know the car is going to leave the lot before you start incurring storage fees. Or maybe you’re just shipping a vehicle you already own! Either way the question is: how long is it going to take to get to you?
The answer depends on a variety of factors: traffic and road conditions, holidays, and destination locations have the highest impact on your delivery time. Same state deliveries can be as fast as 1-2 days, whereas coast to coast deliveries can take up to 10 days.
While EasyHaul’s pick-up and drop-off dates are all estimates, we have a system in place so you can see exactly how far through the shipping process you are. Our comprehensive shipping tracking page – which can be found under the “My Orders” tab when you log in – tells you which steps have been completed, what’s next, and what actions you need to take to make sure your vehicle gets to you in a timely manner. It also holds your order details including: pick-up and drop-off locations, invoice totals, and your driver’s contact information.
We also have real-time shipping updates via SMS: all you need to do is validate your phone number. After you log in, go to your account information and navigate to “Text Notifications.” You’ll be asked to enter your phone number. After completing the verification process you’ll start getting updates every step of the way, right away.
Keep in mind, we can only track shipments while they’re in the United States. If you’re shipping a vehicle internationally, we’ll keep you updated through the entire process until your vehicle sets sail. At that point, you can track your shipment directly through the shipping line. Domestic shipping is pretty straightforward – we move the vehicle from A to B. International shipping has a few more steps – you can read more about International shipping here. With EasyHaul, the whole shipping process will be easy. Feel free to contact us with your questions.
